Payment
I accept payment by paypal only for international orders, for orders in the UK I'll accept paypal or cheques but the item will not be sent until the payment has cleared into my account. Please note that you don't need to have an account with paypal in order to make a payment by credit or debit card.
Postage costs
Postage and packing is £3.50 in the UK
Shipping
I post my items within 2 days of cleared payment by courier in the UK and by Royal Mail airmail over seas, if you require things to be sent by recorded or signed for then contact me and I'll adjust the postage costs for you.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and exchanges
I take a lot of pride in my items and make them with care but if for some reason you aren't happy with the item I will accept returns as long as they are returned in the original saleable condition and with the original packaging within 21 days. I will refund the original item cost and postage but not the return postage unless the item is faulty. An order can be cancelled by contacting me at the email address on the contact page but if the item has already been posted then it would have to be returned before a refund can be given. Custom orders cannot be refunded due to the personalised nature of the item, this does not affect you statutory rights.
If you are returning an item or are unhappy in any way please contact me and I will do all I can to rectify any problems. I want you to be happy with your purchase!
Custom orders
I'm happy to make any custom orders for you just ask :-) For example if you want any doll made with a different hair/skin colour or the outfit changed to your favourite colour let me know and I'll be happy to arrange this with you. I'm also happy to make any type of amigurumi for you so if you want a certain animal or style send me a message and we can arrange this.
I can stitch personalised items too for you whether you are looking for a full cross stitched birth/wedding sampler or just initials embroidered to one of my items like the felt hearts. Please contact me and we can discuss what you would like.
Custom orders will take a little extra time with being made to your specification so please allow for this if the item is for a gift. All custom items must be paid in advance.
